Stress And Your Adrenal Glands

Do you always feel
down low and stressed,
stressed? Are you low
with your mind sunk and
on energy, or feel run-down
as you step off the curb?
Do you have brain fog, trouble
after school, a headache,
sleeping at night,
waking up with bugs in,
but still feel tired during
the night when you sleep?
The day and crave salty
vegetables and cookies,
foods and/or sugar?
